If asked to describe myself as an employee I would explain that I am ambitious and honest - and that being occupied is important to me. My promises are important as good communication and reliability are key to teamwork.
I am a quick learner although I am also very supportive of my teammates and believe that patience can be a sign of a good team.

I feel confident and enjoy meeting new people, I have also had experience working with members of the public as most of my previous jobs have involved customer service.

I have worked in a restaurant, which involved both face to face and phone customer service. I would usually be responsible for takeaway orders, enquiries and bookings.

I prefer to work in a team although I am also comfortable working alone. I have a good relationships with everyone I have worked with, and I wish to continue developing the leadership qualities I have learned whilst working under managers that I have grown respect for.

I am currently doing an IT Practitioners course at Bury College. This diploma could lead to me being an IT technician and I see this as key to my career progression. My course involves building and repairing computers, troubleshooting both software and hardware
I am responsible for designing and creating a website. I am also learning the practical skills involved in offering technical advice, which involves learning IT service skills, and will be a foundation of my future as a technician i.e. guiding the person step by step on how to fix the problem themselves.

Try that for the CV, and stick lots of stuff in your covering letter about how you see yourself as developing a career in O2

is that a cv or a covering letter?

If you gave that to the average employer im sure they would look at it and think "jesus, lots of writing and not many paragraphs"

There is no need to list individual GCSE subjects unless some how connected to the job you are applying for. So change your GCSE's to the below or something similar.

6 G.C.S.E's A-C including Maths & English

also no need to write all that 'about me' crud. you just need a couple of lines of what you like to do in your spare time. hobbies, sports teams etc

Yeah, I can't believe they merged with Radcliffe High :'(

Did you ever get taught by Mr Kee? He was such a great guy. As sad as it sounds... I miss that place :(

Best of luck with the job :) Where abouts do you live now? Still in Radcliffe?

LOL yea mr kee

"Orite there boys stop being gaybears" in his irish accent

Best teacher i ever had was mr moran

A tip about Mr Moran... don't ever eat the sweets he used to give out. Rumour had it he used to unwrap them, put them in his mouth and then wrap them back up again :D

Funny guy though!

You wouldn't by any chance be applying for the O2 call centre on Dumers Lane would you? If so, that's scary! I lived on Dumers Lane for almost 18 years.

I strongly recommend that you take your CV to the professionals. A lot of potential I see in this CV for changes.

lol yoda. Anyway as others have said, WAY too many words and it's very long. Try to keep it down to a single, short paragraph outlining your skills and experiences.

Also don't talk about O2 specifically in the CV as it looks like blatent brown nosing and it's going to get pretty annoying rewriting your cv for every job you apply for.
