Taken Vs Bourne Identity

Just finished watching Taken and all i can say is, what a brilliant film and what acting by Neeson
 
I found that a good chunk of the bourne experience is in the sound, it sucked monkey nuts on a normal stereo TV, but when watched on a HD telly and heard in 5.1 surround sound the movies really come to life, moreso in DTS.

*POSSIBLE SPOILER THAT ISN'T REALLY A SPOILER*
If the thunderstorm in quite literally the first few opening seconds of the first bourne movie doesn't make you sit up and go "Yep, this'll work" then you aren't doing it justice. :)

Love the Bourne series so will be giving Taken a play, cheers for the heads up dude. :)

Bourne is a much better film, I think. Better script, better directing, better acting (bar Nesson) better everything, really.

Well that was a very different beast, yet it all seemed so familiar.
Excellent in every way.

For sheer power of emotion Taken wins hands down yet Bourne still holds the spy thriller crown.
