ok this has got me a little miffed and want to know my options .

took out a new contract with them 9th march 2015 ..... they didn't even give me new equipment being an existing customer ....

7th May get an email saying essentials going up 11th june ... wasn't happy but let it slide ....

9th September get an email to say landline going up 11 oct ... so thast 2 rises in 7 months ..... can I get out of this ? with no charges ?

wanted to go to bt for the sports .... need to work out if its cost effective first

Once you are notified of the price rise by e-mail you have a 30 day window to leave penalty free(though you have to contact them and state as such).

Im with them also and pay £53 a month what a ridicules amount

though i let it slide cause of my broadband speeds i get with them

you gotta admit the speeds are fantastic but my contract is up at the end of this month and i might just go to infinity 2 also.

For these prices i wish virgin media was enabled around here as i would be on there 150mb or 200mb speeds for the price i pay for this 80/20 speeds.

yeah i'd go virgin as well .. but no cable in our town ... its been stuck in the same area for over 10 years and wont come 4 miles to me

what are you getting for that price? mine is only £23 that fibre plus my tv, landline and all calls.

Just checking my account I see they have given me 12 months fibre large for free don't know why as it was supposed to be half price :cool:

When they last put up prices I rang and complained which is maybe why I got what I got.
