My Boss has talk talk broadband but everytime he connects after he has loaded one or two pages it disconnects??

Has anyone had this problem?

How can he fix this PLEASE HELP lol thanks

errr speak to talk talk

the chances are its a problem with talk talk i know loads of people are having problems with them,
Its just their well super poor service!

cheap does not allways mean better !

Try changing micro filters, or router. Or tell him to get his line checked, there might be too much noise on there.

Im no expert here, so thats all i can reccomend.

He has phoned Talk Talk he keeps talking to the guy on the other end who has no idea what he is saying and then all of a sudden the line goes dead and he has to phone back again?? This is on a 10p a minute number? Last Time he phoned he told the guy he was at work and the guy kept asking him to turn his PC on which is at his home LOL. Then after half an hour he said his line had no signal from his computer????? SO HE SCREAMED AT THE GUY ITS AT HOME IM AT WORK!! This is on a 10p a minute line remember? Also there is a queue on the line so if you phone and are put on hold for 10 mins thats £1 for waiting this is a joke in my eyes thats why i have posted it here.

talk talk can't talk is what I say. Most rubish ISP in my eyes. Join the list of rubish ISPs talk talk.

Check ADSL guide. Its a common problem, and one im experiencing mildly. My net isnt dropping out, but it spikes loads at peak times, which diconnects MSN and xfire or any game im playing every 2-3 minutes, and also most downloads wont go over 1mb before freezing and failing. Its only at peak times, but it shouldnt happen at all.

Get onto TalkTalk and get argumentitive, but not aggressive and tell them you want to speak to someone English that is capable of sorting a problem as the callcentre is proving useless. If you push hard enough you get through to some reasonably good guys that can help, but you could spend all night/year getting there.

Also, if you push hard enough they wont charge the call fees. We spent ~£35 ringing them and managed to get it deducted from the bill as we showed our absolute displeasure with how we were handled and the length of time we sat on hold.
