i cant take it no more customer services doing my head in, i keep writing and emailing about some charges on my phone £30 made in dec, i instructed my bank not to pay the DD until this is resolved. Talk talk sent me a letter this week stating they are going to cut me off and instruct debt collectors because I haven’t paid my bill, yet they haven’t replied to my letters about £30 of calls to a premium number at 5 30 am.
