Just signed up for TalkTalk BB £19.99 a month 8MB BB, all UK landline calls and line rental as opposed to my 14.99 a month with tiscali 2MB BB plus £11 BT land rental a month, so saving as well as having a quicker BB connection.

When signing up they asked if I would like an ADSL2 modem etc £22 or something which I declined as I have just purchased a Router/Modem combo the other day which workd with Tiscali etc.

So Q being as I have not opted for th TalkTalk modem etc, I trust you can still use your original equipment right, its just going to be a case of setting up the modem to TalkTalk configuration right?

Yes should be fine. My activation date is today but ive had no letters or anything from them. So now i dont know if my isp is still BT or if its now talk talk
