I have been a nildram customer now for about 10 years no issues and no issues with the TT Business service.

I moved house twice in the last year and took the line with me. TTB agreed that they would move the line over so there would be no cancellation fee.

I noticed that TTB were still billing me for 2 lines so i phoned and they have credited me the over charge was about £80 which they took off the last few months bills, and ended the previous line.

Now I check my statement and they have charged me £275 for cancelling a contract which they agreed could be transfered rather than cancelling. They have agreed this is an error and will refund but it will take 3 weeks.

Basically I have now said to them the next time they **** up the invoice will be the last as i will cancel the contract.

Would I be within my rights the cancell the contract because off billing errors?

What does the contact say?

My guess would be no, but if you kick up enough fuss they'll probably let you go anyway. They have a history of billing problems which they've been done for with fines at least once.
