task bar missing

strange one this when i log onto window my task bar loads up then it just disappears, cant see the start bar nothing but i know it still there as i can see my local area conection thing come up and i can move my mouse of screen on the bottem, any ideas :confused:

Just check then that the option to hide the task bar isn't checked then, sometime Object Dock will just take it upon itself to enable the feature :rolleyes:

i shut down object dock and it still not there :confused:

try ctrl alt del, run new task - explorer.exe

failing that, if you were mucking around with screen resolutions and you set it to high for the screens area, try using a smaller res, eg 1280x1024, tell us if either of those word
