What software do you use to look after tasks/jobs?
We have bug tracking software but actually I find it over kill in some sitations. I want to track a very simple one off small job (ongoing maintenance type work) and set reminders for those job.
Anyone have any suggestions?

It's great as it is fast and means I am not losing paper/ keeping files/ docs open all the time. If collaborating, I just use a Google Spreadsheet that my other team members can see.
