Task Manager Disabled

Cut a long story shot, i downloaded an app off usenet that turned out to be infected and it gave me a lovely virus that disabled task manager and took over my pc.

I disinfected everything but now im left with no task manager as i get this message : 'Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator'

anyone know a quick way around this?

Yes this is its a registry setting, I'll look it up now out of the goodness of my heart!
