Task Manager Gone ?

So I went to access the task manager a few minutes ago and this message comes up, Never seen this happen before, Any insight would be appreciated -

Worth doing a virus scan just in case.

scan with malwarebytes...seen it before where an infection block task manager so you cant shut it down via there .
