What's the recommended ATX case for silent running that doesn't look like a 14 year olds neon toy?

any if these any good, some have a tempered glass equivalent

I have the glass version of the Antec, and that's pretty quiet, adjusting the fans in the bios helps as well

Fractal design is what i've been using for a few years, add noctua fans and it can be nearly silent.
