Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, US release confirmed

Capcom blog says the previously Japan-exclusive Tatsunoko vs. Capcom will be coming out exclusively on the Wii in the US this year. Pray for a PAL release!

Crazy but an awesome game and the best the Wii can have to offer for a fighting game from Capcom. There are times where I prefer the artstyle in this game than StreetFighter IV. And it does make you wonder if there will be any other Vs. games in the future. Hopefully there will be a PAL release soon.

Tatsunoko vs Capcom gets online play, 5 new characters for North America

The release of Tatsunoko vs Capcom in North America will change a bit from its Japanese counterpart, Capcom has announced. The North American release eliminates one character from the Tatsunoko side of the roster and adds five new fighters not found in the original game. Not only that, but the North American version of the game will also have online play, a feature the original Japanese release cannot boast.

Pre-order posted today at only £17.99!!!! I've played the import and it's really good, pretty fast for a 2.5D fighter. I'm looking forward to it.

The game was especially made for the Wii arcade hardware, so Capcom would have to rebuild the whole game from the ground up for the PS3/360. Which would have taken too much time, same goes for Street Fighter 4 if it got released on the Wii.
Will make a small change from me playing Marvel Vs Capcom 2 and Street Fighter 4, can’t wait to try this game online
