Crikey, I'm far from frivolous but I don't understand how people can live on £9k a year. Admittedly I live in a more expensive area, but I'd like to see how its possible to only have to pay that in rent/living costs alone!

I always thought estate agents were paid quite well? My mates sister (21) is one and i believe earns around £20k+company car? £9k seems well below market value for a job like that :confused:

Or is this a trainee situation?
