I'd appreciate the hell out of Taylor Swift.
Ha. Yes wouldn't we all?
I'd appreciate the hell out of Taylor Swift.
No. We wouldn't. Seriously.
I've liked her since i seen her on Jools Holland a few years back.
Amused me at the time, seeing this little blond pop princess on a show that usually only features "real" musicians.
I don't think people actually even know anything about her: http://www.salon.com/2015/05/22/tay...inging_that_the_new_york_times_wont_tell_you/
I knew all that, my point about her dad invested $100,000 in the company shows.
But there are plenty of rich kids in america who wants to make it, how many do you see that does, and how many do you see that sustains it. The latter being the important part.
It takes money to break into it, but you need to music to get the fans and get the sales.
She can get a leg up on me anytime.I don't think people actually even know anything about her: http://www.salon.com/2015/05/22/tay...inging_that_the_new_york_times_wont_tell_you/
Incase people didnt know she did an entire set with Def Leppard
But then plenty of rich kids in America aren't attractive white women who can carry a note. Nor have a stake in a label to support them. Her lyricism is banal and cliche such that she picks up and drops fellas like a pair of shoes so she can write a song about it because she's had so little in the way of actual adversity in her life to influence her song writing. While real artists who haven't got **** and struggled through real **** don't make it because they don't have the money to break into an industry that is doing nothing but trotting out and selling trash because people will buy it. Doesn't matter if it's from country to R&B. Isn't it funny how Meghan Trainor is suddenly on the rise the last couple years with the growth in the "fat acceptance" movement. Twitter hastag meta-data harvesting. What's trending. What are the kids talking about. How can we get their money? #BeautifulAtAnyWeight, Jones get on the phone and get me a fat chick, that still looks hot enough that you'd do her after a few pints.
Jealously is a bitch and most of her fans are teenage girls who most likely don't want to sleep with her.
The bit about her dating, when you are famous, the papers writes about everyone you have dinner with as your boyfriend. She even wrote a song about it, it's what Blank Space is about.
As for her writing, that's your opinion, the opinions of New York Times, Rolling Stones magazine and literally countless critics and awards says otherwise but you are entitled to your opinion.
