I really can't see the point here, the guy above posting is saying he can't understand how anyone find the music anything but teenage pop drivel writen on general teen subjects get listened to by anyone whose not a teenager, or younger.

The fact that she wrote immature, bland and rather poor songs when she was a teenager doesn't change that fact, at all.

Her musics not for me, she was young when she wrote it, its aimed at teenage girls, its got nothing to do with emotion or tempo, its just not very good music. The fact she'd getting older doesn't mean her music will improve or become more adult or interesting or less teeny bopper-ish, it could do, it might get worse, who knows.

Very beautiful girl, not a fan of the music, as others, I can't understand why anyone buy teenage girls would listen to it.

Same way I don't think a 13 year old girl would get into Pink Floyd but might love them a decade later, I don't think grown men, OR women tend to be into a teenage girl writing and singing songs about their first crush, or high school, etc, etc. The subject matter is often childish, love from a childs perspective, crushes from a childs perspective, the world from a childs perspective. WE grow up, our music tastes change in general for almost everyone I've ever met.
 
What about me then? Never really into music until about 14 when i took a few of my dads tapes into my room, U2 and steve winwood. 6 years later i'm listening to taylor swift and loving it, listening to radiohead and loving it more along with david bowie, the floyd, bb king, rolling stones, van morrison and a hundred other bands.

It is good music, good lyrics, good music to go with it, the songs flow very well and sound good.
 
"Never grow up" is unbelievably fantastic.

It has taken me a few listens, which takes quite a while actually lmao, but the album is very facking good!

She's been getting me through revision. Currently listening to Back To December.

How does she keep churning out such consistently good songs :-/ Admittedly they're all pretty similar in theme/lyrics/melody but still, very good.

I like her new album, All Too Well is my favourite but best album for me is still Fearless.
 
I don't like her at all.

Obviously joking. Her new album is quite obviously engineered, very few solely written songs and it shows. I've always preferred her 'acoustic' songs on the albums, oh, and Enchanted :p

I would make so so many babies with her.

The bonus disc's tracks are pretty good too.
 
I'm pretty sure I wouldn't listen to her if she wasn't hot though :/ As far as country music goes I listen to Johnny Cash, and as far as pop music goes I don't listen to it. She really is a bit of an anomaly in my music collection.
 
Forever and always piano version. I honestly lust over the thought of her lying next to me in bed singing to me, I think if probably ruin the moment as I went to jerk off though lol
 
I would swiftly have a crisis in my pants if she came anywhere near me. I would lock her in my basement and never evur evur let her out again evurrr
 
I'm outraged but seeing her with that little turd gives me hope. The only good thing about it, is that it may cause her to buy a house in London. Which just makes stalking way easier for me.

She's not really dating him, she's just getting new sing material. Honestly though it does make me feel a little sick that some scrote like him is knobbing her.
 
How have I not heard Enchanted before...?!

I have to say, as good as she is, I reckon it's all a bit depressing, especially if you're lovesick or a hopeless romantic or generally down in the dumps because of relationship stuff! On top of that, listening to her makes me want her, and I can't have her = depression super combo. :( :p

Enchanted is good but not my favourite.

Forever and Always piano version is really good, so different to the Album version.

(Unrelated, Kate Voegele has a song call Forever and Almost Always which is amazing)
