Hi @8 Pack

So I bought these with a 2700X/Asus CHVII (andthe remainder of a build) from yourselves in September.

Constantly had crashing issues and assumed it was GPU but I’ve since switched and still gettingthe same crashes from games/bsod.

I’ve ran memtest and got errors at the advertisedspeed/timings (also increased voltage to 1.4 but still the same)

Any ideas? Was contemplating getting a second kit to increase to 32GB in black Friday but bitpointless when I can’t even get 16GB working

Did you set the timings manually or through xmp?
Is the ram running in dual channel in the correct slots? (Check mobo manual to be on safe side) I've got to put mine in slot a2/b2 for dual channel to operate correctly.

Could be faulty ram I guess, as I've got mine running at 3466 cl14 with xmp settings for 3200 and also with manual timing using dram calc settings.

Try running the ram at 2133 or whatever the board defaults to if you reset everything to factory defaults, run memtest again then if still getting errors try one stick. After that might be RMA time...

Did you try Ryzen DRAM calculator by the way?
