Its excellent! Really great for offering ad-hoc remote support. You can customise your own client and all the person does is give you the id on screen and you can connect directly. No install needed unlike logmein.

Excellent program!
 
Will give it a try but we have the free logmein installed on several hundred computers and this thing isnt free for commercial use :(

If I am reading the prices right it is £249/license thats nearly £87k :o

No it would cost you £695 for a Enterprise Concurrent License.

ah so it's not a license per machine, but per company.

Will take a look then.

Cant find any info about what sort of encryption it uses?
 
Prefer logmein to be honest. Works on even the slowest of slow connections really well.

Also have it setup on a lot of peoples machines who i help out now n then.

Looks good though. As said above, what encryption does it use?
