Hi All,

After a long time with all my PC parts sitting in boxes after purchasing in 2017 I finally got round to building it. (life getting in the way of fun)

I am struggling to get the memory to operate on XMP, if someone would be kind enough to tell me what I should be looking for as I have not done any since 2015 and would like to get the system running optimally.

Motherboard on the latest bios 3006

Using 4 sticks of 8gb each (32gb)

I'm not that familiar with anything since my last rig which was 4930k and that seemed a lot simpler to get the right settings.

I have tried manual OC 3200mhz, 3600mhz and 4000mhz, all using the recommend timings also using voltage upto 1.45

everything just gives error 2d

On the auto overclock bios OC i get a BSOD after like 5mins of logging into windows

So to clarify, have you actually tried just the XMP setting in the BIOS rather than manual settings?
