It will only boot get into windows ram slots 3 4.

You aren’t listening.
You keep posting the same thing over and over and its not the way modern RAM is supposed to be installed.
Put the new ram in slots 2 and 4.
This will be my last post here since both me and Tetras have put effort into trying to help you and you aren’t listening which is just rude.
