Teamviewer Alternative?

At work we use Teamviewer and get customers to download the quick support host from our company website and for the most it works well except there are some real annoyances;

1- on Vista on some machines if the UAC pops up you can get booted off the machine and when you eventually get on you cant actually click on anyting.

2- also on Vista/Windows 7 you cant always A- see the CTRL + ALT + DEL screen (all you see is a black screen) and B- if you can see it you cant always actually click CTRL + ALT + DEL and need the end user to do it for you.

So are there any alternatives that we can try? Like I said for the most part the program works well but would be good to get a product that doesn't have any of these annoyances.

Thanks :)

We use Citrix at work.
The UAC issues are remedied by running the program as a service.

You still get the UAC popups but can actually see them as well as see the task manager and the login screens if rebooted.

LogMeIn has a quick support function. It worked quite well when I tested it. Not sure if it is a Premium feature or not, though.

Bare in mind chaps that we need it to integrate into our website so customers can still go there and just run a small download to get us on remotely

Pretty sure Logmein do a version where you can just download the client as a one off like this.

We used LMI Rescue before switching to TV. It didn't have these little annoyances but worked out more expensive, especially how much they would charge on a monthly basis for the un-attended client. We've dropped TV host onto so many systems I've lost count.

I've had a call raised with TV about getting the black screen when connecting. It's quite often caused by a user RDPing onto the console session but not disconnecting. Restarting the TV service can help.
