Tech related - I have never?

How do you know if you've never had a virus if you have nothing that can detect it??.....................

My assumption would be that I would see some sort of virus related effect, weird things happening, crashes, some sort of indication. However, in 3 decades of PC use, I've had nothing untoward or unusual occur, so my assumption would be I've had none. Unless its the worlds most patient virus, remaining dormant for 30 years before activating :D

Used an antivirus program or had a virus.

Haha, I remember back in the day when a mate said that, we went round his house for a mini-LAN and as soon as I tried to copy something from his machine mine went ape, his machine was riddled..

Owned a PlayStation.

Unfortunately I owned the first iPhone. But at that time it was revolutionary

What version of windows are you running? If you are on something that old it doesn't have an onboard AV, chance are you probably do in fact have a virus. Not all viruses are visible to the user.

Unless you meant third party AV?

3rd party AV I mean, ie one that you've had to buy seperately
