Tech you own vs. Tech you use

Custom i7 rig - daily
Nexus 7 2nd gen - daily
Raspberry Pi - daily
EEE Pc (still on XP) - infrequent
Media/file server - currently being built but will be 24/7

Kindle - Used everyday on the train
Nexus 7 - Was used everyday before I got my laptop and still use it on and off
Laptop - Use everyday
Acer Revo - Use pretty much everyday unless I'm not at home (this is my streaming PC at home)
Samsung S3 - Everyday

I have lots of old consoles which don't get played very often. I've been using my PS3 recently to play FFX HD and once I've completed it the PS3 wont get used for months

I'm not buying any tech for a while, and will just be letting it all break before buying new stuff. Everything gets far to cluttered otherwise

COMMENCE LIST TO INDICATE SIZE OF PENIS:

Screens:
50" Samsung LED TV
27" Asus Gaming Monitor

Audio Engine A5 Monitors
Logitech 5.1 Surround
Turtle Beach PX51 Wireless Gaming Headset

PC/Other:
Custom Gaming PC (i5 @4.5Ghz, GTX780)
MacBook Pro 13" (i7, 120GB SSD, 750GB HDD)

And out of all that ****, all I do is play BF4 on my gaming desktop, and Boom Beach on my iPhone. FML2K14YOLO

Penis size: small

Stuff I use:

Nexus 4 - daily driver
Nexus 7 - take to work to stream music throughout the day, watch video's at lunch
Garmin nuvi 2595LMT - Daily TMC Traffic and Bluetooth Handsfree
Own Built PC - Playtime Daily, and working from home (2 day's a week)
Sony 40" LCD - Watching Telly, Streaming DLNA from PC
Sony Blu-Ray Player - for when not streaming from PC to TV

Stuff I don't use:

Sony Ericsson W885 - Backup Phone
Compaq Pressario Laptop - Currently has Linux Mint installed, still a pig to use!

  • Self built PC (see sig for specs) - used daily except for when I'm at my student house
  • Asus N56VZ Laptop (i7-3610QM, GT650M, 8GB RAM) - used daily when I'm at my student house but only occasionally when I'm at home where my rig is
  • iPad 2 - used daily
  • iPhone 4S - used daily
  • Raspberry PI B Model - used every now and then

So I have a fair amount of tech, but rather than getting loads of it I instead spent nearly £4k (including monitor, speakers, peripherals) on my self built computer :p That's where most of my tech investment is!

Also, I am likely to get the Surface Pro 3 when it is out depending upon what specs it will have when announced.

MBP 17 - every day
Custom Gaming PC - often
2 x HP laptops - never
Iphone - every day
Nexus 7 - rarely
Ipad - often
XBOX 360 - never
PS3 - often (for blu rays)
Apple TV - often (via plex connect)
N54L microserver - all the time.
I have TONS of tech that I just can't find the time to sell. (How does the giveaway forum work on here?)

I try to only buy what I need.

Samsung Galaxy S4 - usual phone stuff, browsing the web on the sofa or in bed. playing msuic etc.

PC - Games and movies

Xbox360 - keeping until I have played the newest GoW and Halo then I will get an Xbox One.

Sat Nav - in the car for navigation.

I will get a NAS and a new PC for gaming soon and put the old one downstairs for watching movies on the TV.

I don't have a use for a laptop or tablet so won't be getting either any time soon.

You need a certain number of posts to access the members market, or to have been a member for a certain length of time (though I'm not sure that way still works).

In regards to the topic at hand; iMac, MBP, iPhone, Mac mini, time capsule, NAS, gigabyte brix, gigabyte laptop, nokia phone, linux box... the mac stuff is going though. At the minute I'm only using the gigabyte gear and nokia. Both gigabyte systems are running linux so I'll probably need a username change. Something like "the artist formerly known as OSX" should do.

I have too many to list but I'm also slowing breaking out of the habit.

I nearly brought a Chromecast on release but I questioned myself why when I have so many devices which do the same already. Took my £30 and spent it on a night out instead.

Didn't even know that was what your username stood for!

Gaming PC
Server
Phone
Smart TV

I rarely use my TV to watch anything as i watch everything on my PC/phone.

The Phone i don't use much except to watch tv shows while in bed, the quality of the screen is 720p (as is the TV shows) and i think it is a better viewing experience.

My server does a lot of stuff, web server, ftp, plex, teamspeak, game sever and auto downloading the latest episodes etc.

Gaming PC - alternative days I would say
Media HTPC - again alternate days time permitting
Nexus 5 - daily
iPad Air - daily
PS3 - very rarely nowadays

regular use:
gaming rig (i5 2500k, 670GTX SLI, SSDs, full CPU+GPU WC) - on most of the time I'm not at work
mining rig (2x 280x) - 24/7 ....for now :D
laptop (i7, 660M) - fairly often, my friends use it probably more than I do, so they don't have to bring their rigs to mine to play games
iPad (my housemate's, I use it to watch vids on youtube in the kitchen)
samsung galaxy S3 - everyone needs a phone right?!

not regular use:
old laptop - in the living room as a 'media hub', but terribly slow so I usually use my good laptop when watching stuff downstairs, almost never used now.
PS3 - hardly ever used, mainly as my monitor in the living room is non-HDCP
XBOX360 - sat in a box under my desk at work for the last six months, need to get round to selling it before it's worthless!
Edirol PCR80 USB midi keyboard - not used much these days as I've mostly gone back to guitar instead of DnB/dubstep production!

Desktop - Daily use
Laptop - Almost daily use
Blu-ray player - every couple of weeks, will be more when I actually have time to sit and watch a film!
Hi-fi - near constant use!
Galaxy S3 - constant use
RPi - running XBMC, used every few days.
Old netbook - In a drawer. Get's dragged out on the odd occassion for running a slideshow at a family do or similar.
Couple of old PC's - Too old to sell, still working so I'm loathe to get rid! My athlon 2400+ desktop will probably be gone soon, want to build an i3 based NAS into the case it occupies.

Alienware laptop - used for gaming, few times a week
Lumia 1320 - every day
Surface rt - every day
2xXbox 360 lounge/bedroom -couple of times a week Netflix/amazon prime/youtube (looking at replacing with the zoltac fatness nano when it comes out, more apps, better apps and no yearly fee)
2xSkyHD+ boxes lounge/bedroom - every day
Onkyo Av receiver and speakers in lounge - everyday
Canon 500D - as and when
Xps30 camera - as and when

Lumia 520 - backup phone
I phone 4 - backup phone (can't find it atm)

Wii - never
IPad 2 - never used anymore, should send it to a recycle place and get some money, although it's incredibly beat up.
Android tablet - never, and it's worth nothing. Needs to go in the bin.
Android on a stick - never used anymore, not worth anything either needs to go into bin
