I just tried it out whilst waiting and wil be refunding on Steam as found exactly that :(

Also no way to change the resolution, even in fullscreen it seems locks to 2400 pixels wide :/ It would have been great if the animation lines were smooth like Streets of Rage on PC but it looks way too blocky/jagged at this res on a native 3400x1440 monitor.

Ah well.
 
Yeah, ultrawide isn't available, however, the modding team who runs the WSGF discord is looking into it.

Great game, and playing it on the toughest difficulty and getting stuck at stage 3.
 
so far my only gripe is now being able to change the button config. Great game other than that :)

Edit: Apparently I can change the controls from Steam so will look into that tonight.

Another grip actually is as menetioned above, you can simply do your taunt to get your characters super bar filled up instantly. Makes the boss fights too easy as you can use super attack, retreat, taunt and then repeat. Having tried playing on the hardest difficulty yet though so that might be a different story :p

Dam this is a fun game been playing it with my lad. I love the sounds & the graphics. TURTLE Power! as Spudmaster mentions Street of Rage 4 is good. but my fav one was Streets of Rage 2 Axel, Blaze, Thunder And Skate
 
Oh that reminds I saw a Game cheat for the Game on Bad Influence! - Anayone remember that?? Came on ITV back in the 90's At the end of the Show they use to show all these Games Cheats but you could'nt read them as they were scrolling so fast, So you had to use a VHS player to Record the Show and check the cheats in Slow-mo :) Them were the Days!
