Yeah so Moon man chomps like a horse when he's asleep , I've done so much damage and booked in for more reconstruction as I like to hang on to them .
I know we can't do medical threads but any routines or actions I can take that works for you i.e aromatherapy, supplements ect ect

I also think my mental health is a cause but too hard wired in now I fear but maybe worth another appointment, alcohol, can't see me losing the weekend bottles but undoubtedly makes it worse

an ex once said I grind mine in my sleep, but dentists never mentioned it once so can't be that bad.

has you dentist ever mentioned it?

yeah they mentioned it and made me a mouthguard but tbh it hurt my gums like hell so i get the self mold in hot water ones now but my teeth at the front are getting smaller , going to look like i have kids nashers soon
