Yeah so Moon man chomps like a horse when he's asleep , I've done so much damage and booked in for more reconstruction as I like to hang on to them .
I know we can't do medical threads but any routines or actions I can take that works for you i.e aromatherapy, supplements ect ect

Drinking alcohol to excess can cause bruxism apparently. So, quit/cut down the booze...

I also think my mental health is a cause but too hard wired in now I fear but maybe worth another appointment, alcohol, can't see me losing the weekend bottles but undoubtedly makes it worse

mental health, stress, alcohol and E
biggest factors
dental made acrylic biteguard rather than vacuum formed one is the way forward, Michigan splint or similar

if you're get reconstructive work, ask your dentist to make you one of test at the end to keep it all nice

an ex once said I grind mine in my sleep, but dentists never mentioned it once so can't be that bad.

has you dentist ever mentioned it?

I ve grinded my whole life, I assume I still do. A well fitted mouth guard I think is the best solution. I think this because there are a different factors that could contribute to bruxism and a mouth guard deals with that specific issue very well for me.
