Telephone directory

I have been asked by my local town to source some open source telephone directory software so we may add local business's phone numbers to it.

Any ideas on some good software?

I've used https://sourceforge.net/projects/php-addressbook/ in the past, it works ok but the DB storage seems to just keep adding records instead of modifying them.

It also doesn't let you set a 'display' field for phone numbers - I use the DB and directly lookup numbers for doing CallerID on a phone system.
