ok need some sort of voip telephones system which i can run through my cat 5e system at work + telephone handsets also some sort of backup system so if the net goes down then i still have an operational telephoe system also need it to work with my business telephone number.

Not enough details in your post to give you much guidance but if this is a business class system I can't emphasise enough how important it is to get professional advice, don't try and set this up on the cheap or it will bite you in ways you never expected

i have already installed my rackbox with patch panel and network sockets ect which is easy to do so all i need is a good telephone system which can handle voip as well as convential pabx telephone systems. Although i might have sourced the Linksys SPA9000 SIP Telephony System with Linksys SPA3102
