Telltale is Developing a Game of Thrones Game

Not one of those gamers who has to play everything first and now are you? I for one don't need to play it on release I can wait till it is complete. I have no idea if they can pull this one off but I sure hope they do.

"Episodic" content should be delivered more promptly than Telltale deliver.

It is more like "Early access" with them.

We have a release date :) next week!

I really hope this turns out well, it could go either way though. However i tgought the borderlands one would be crap but it has recieved a great reception so fingers crossed

Blitzed part one in about 2 to 3 hours max. Was fun I like telltale games. Problem is once you grasp the basics of moving the sticks quick when prompted and hammering the a button there's no challenge and you never die. Same problem with wolf among us.

Might as well wait a while, telltale games always seem to go on sale really cheap before the season is even finished. You can't even finish the entire story so I don't see the point in buying yet - made this mistake with The Walking Dead!

Yeah, you're probably right. Maybe I'll hold off for now. I've never paid more than a tenner for previous Telltale releases

Surprised by how little interest there seems to be in this. Anyone know the cheapest place to purchase though? There's no way I'm paying £22 quid

Bought it direct from Telltale and with the $/£ conversion worked out around £16.99. :)

Definitely going to prove to be a great lead up to Season 5 imo.

Thoroughly enjoyed it throughout, they've nailed the Game of Thrones world perfectly and having the real actors doing the voice acting makes all the difference.

They've said 5-8 weeks per episode.

Its a really good game, but very short (2.5 hours) so I would also suggest waiting before playing it.

Way too linear. All this 'your decisions determine the story' is garbage.

Choose a different dialogue choice and it's just a rehash of the other option. Say nothing and someone else will spew the same sentence for you.

At best they'll be a few instances where you'll make a decision and that choice you make will unravel in the next episode, but it will be a minor scene at most.

All the main events end up the same no matter what choice you make.
