Temp advice for CPU upgrade

My work computer is an Optiplex 320 with an e6600 in it. It's all passively cooled so lovely and quiet. Running Prime 95 now, the temps reach a max of 63.

The motherboard supports 1066 FSB cpu's and I was wanting to wack a q6600 in the machine. Based on how the current cooling is preforming do you think i'd have any temperature issues if I kept the current cooling setup with this upgrade?

Thanks :cool:

AFAIK quads run a bit hotter than dual cores

That goes without saying :p

How is this for an estimate?

Current e6600 TDP {65W} - idle {40} load {63}

Is using the increase in TDP a good way estimating the temps? or will temperature not rise proportional to the TDP? The increase is a factor of 1.46 and so I've the following temp estimates. Would these be too hot? I'd say they are too hot.

Upgrade q6600 TDP {95W} - idle {58} load {92}
