Hi Folks,

I'm looking for a utility that will clean the temp files etc, in a similar to the way CCleaner does, but for all users at the same time. With CCleaner I need to log into each account to use it and as I sometimes work on machines with 4 or 5 (and above !) accounts it becomes a bit of a pain.

I user Autoruns (sysinternals) to check the start up's of each account and that gives you a drop down menu for each account so something similar for general cleaning would be great.

Any ideas ?

there is nothing that can do this (afaik)

becuase what happens if the other users have private profiles

%userprofile% and %allusersprofile% is all they can call, there's nothing that will actually call "%otherusers%"

i'd look at setting up a batch file to run when the user logs off using group policy (gpedit.msc>user configuration>windows settings>scripts). but you can't do that on home versions of windows obviously.

Cheers for reply. I did find a utility in the list provided in the sticky here that claims to do that but have not yet had the time to test it.

Will let you know how it goes.
