Temp Internet files help!

hi guys, i was downloading a large file from a program called 'Bit Torrant' it was 2.5gig and should have gone into my selected folder, but it failed somewhere near the end, and from i could see from the log. It was going into local settings under temp internet files. The screen shows it's in there by the size

but i can't seem to see it in there to delete... i have selected 'show hidden files'

but as you can see from the pic below, the biggest files in there are a handful or small temps, i deleted everything else in there.

Just clear temp. internet files within IE or disk clean up??
