Temp question for my E2180

Hey guys.

Just want to check if my temps aren't too high. Seen ppl having higher than my so i think i'm fine but other opinions would be nice. I compared them with http://www.overclock.net/intel-cpus/243437-stable-e1000-e2000-rigs-configuration-thread.html

My specs
Asus P5KC bios 0903, E2180 @ 3200 (400x8) with arctic 7 pro, OCZ 6400 Plat Rev 2 @800

Running ortho for over 2 hrs max cpu temp (SpeedFan 4.33) 67 for few sec, 96% of the time temp is 62 or less, max cores temp was 59 and again for 96% of the time 55 or less.
I doubt that in my day to day usage of comp i'll push the cpu as much as orthos does.

My voltages are

vcore 1.4750 or 14875 with damper enabled
fsb 1.4
north bridge 1.4
dram 1.9
rest is on auto

I tried this few days ago and with fsb and north bridge voltage on auto orthos failed in few mins.

I've not applied any thermal paste but AC7pro should have a preaplied one if i'm not mistaken.

Since i'm asking any1 tried the new bios for p5kc(1001)?

An average of 62deg is fine, all be it the AC7 pro are good cooler but not the best.

I personally would be happy with a 24/7 maxing at 65deg although others are happy running 80-85 deg but they can probalby afford a new cpu if problems arise anyway.

The vcore core used for that clock seems to be high for me as the E2140/60 don't need that much at the same speed (higher fsb)

You could try upping the ram voltage a tad try 2.0 then 2.1 to see if that makes it stable.

In regards to the bios I would personally use the latest unless it causes problems.

I'll try to lower the cpu voltage, it seems to me bit high as well but with fsb over 350 and multi of 9 i was having problems keeping it stable with lower voltages so this time i went for 400x8 and higher vcore, may try multi of 9 fisrt =D

read that 2180 need more voltage than 2140/2160 which can do 3GHz on stock, i actualy ordered 2160 but they didn't have it so they sent me 2180 for same price

I'm happy with what i got now as that was my goal all along, upgraded from P4 3.2HT so i wanted my 3.2GHz and on 400fsb =D

I want to see that ppl are happy with new bios b4 i flash it. :) Well i just read in official p5k thread that some1 got msg saying "the bios is not for this board" so i'll wait and see how that goes :S

Tried 400 x 9 with vcore 1.4875 and for sure orthos failed, atm 400 x 8 with vcore 1.4750 looks fine, lower volatge failed to boot or failed orthos in couple of sec. Don't think i'll be taking it higher as that would mean higher vcore and temps which i'm not confortable with.

Hmmmmmmm

Is that extra 133 CPU MHz worth loosing 268MHz of bandwidth?
While talking bout that why rated FSB is 4 times of bus speed???

Doubt it but then i'm quite new to all this OC. :(

Bandwidth has little impact if any with Core based CPU's. CPU speed is everything. It was runn at 333 mhz due to the 2 x 2gb of ram being PC5400 rather than PC6400.
Intel quad pump their FSB so a mobo using a 1333mhz bus will run its fsb at 333 using 667 rated memory.
