Is it normal that my cpu, Q6600, is running on 38-40 degree on 0% load and 58-60 degree 100% load on stock speed with Zalman 7500 CPU fan?

I get those temps with my Q6600 OC'd to 3220ghz, using a freezer 7 pro. I would say your temps are a little high but still safe :)

That's the problem, it is not overclocked and I was thinking of starting overclocking, never done that before but I printed the Beginners Quide from here, but I found these temp a little high for non OC.
Should I think of getting another cpu fan or?

My case is Antec Performance One P182 with just stock fans and I have Zalman 7500-Led CPU fan.

If you're considering an OC, then i would put a new cooler at the top of you're to-do list ;)

Q6600 put out a lot of heat, l agree with UKDTweak a new cooler is needed if you are going to overclock.

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro is a lot cheaper and will cool very nicely up to 3.3GHz.

Thanx for the suggestion of coolers, I don't have much sence of cpu coolers so those links will help a lot. :)
