Hello guys. I have EVGA GTX 670 FTW (02G-P4-2678-KR). The idle temperature is 30C and when I do FurMark on 8xMSAA 1920x1080p and EVGA Precision settings are like these:
Power Target: +145%
GPU Clock Offset:+104MHz
Mem Clock Offset:+570MHz
Voltage set to max.
I get temperature 66C. I did Unigine Valley benchmark also got 66C. I don't get any error messages or anything else. But the thing is when I'm playing BF4 or FarCry3 on those EVGA Precision settings sometimes I get error message and after that i turn off evga precision and I can play without any errors. I think I get error because i overclock my card. But these evga settings works on different games i mean sometimes they work on one game and sometimes they don't work on other game. But my question is this message occurs when temperatures are high and is it worth it to change stock cooler to this http://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/products/cooling/vga/accelero-twin-turbo-ii.html Will this Arctic cooler drop my temperatures down? And is this cooler is quitier than stock cooler? Thank you for your answers.
