After thinking vista was giving bad readings i have installed xp..

I don't know what to trust. I think its speedfan, Its usally the same as speedfan in the bios...

I am thinking this zalman 9500 is poop recomend me better? No my chips not concave i already checked...

I have an antec 900 the air is fine..

My room may be a bit warm.. Not that hot..

I will reseat it and if not i guess its new cooler time?

The temps in TAT are correct, I read 51°C/51°C which is about right. You have a similar e6300 to myself which runs a tad warm but nothing to worry about.

If you wanna see 'real' full load temps then click both the start buttons in TAT (highlighted in red).

The heatsink gOOp needs a few days to work well, make sure you switch the PC off at nights to help it set. Also does your graphics card exhaust the hot air out of the case rear?

yeah but your chip is like 36c idle.. Mine shows as 40c in TAT.. Speedfan 22c

I just don't know...

ok thanks for that.. When at stock and i click 100% on TAT i left it for 3 hours and it never went over 51c thats at stock.. I may reseat the zalman i am sure its should be better than this..

new moniter grapics card another hd and another dvd drive when my rams cheaper will get another 2gb..

once its lapped and seated with the new cooler i plan to get 3.2GHZ thats my aim.. Not gonna run it max.. and i need to get that on 1.425 or less..

There my aims i know it can be done it was just the heat..

I also got a bag off cable ties and speakers mouse and NEON lights
