I probably wouldn't use a hoover as such, maybe a paintbrush with natural bristles to remove most of the dust. I'm sure there are other equally safe ways but although I said static electricity isn't much of a problem I still wouldn't like to tempt fate by using a hoover

Most people recommend a can of compressed air (although I did use a hoover at the weekend..... on my sis pc
