Hi guys

I have a AMD 3800 X2 939 socket

Under fully load at stock my CPU is 36degrees, Motherboard 42degrees and HDD at 41degrees!

What temp should I start to worry for the motherboard when overclocking??

I really wouldn't worry too much about motherboard heat - average airflow through your pc is fine for the motherboard to cool itself - even better if you have a dedicated motherboard heatsink/fan assembly.

Your CPU really shouldn't go above 60c so it looks like you have plenty of headroom there.

Last summer my DFI Ultra-D used to run at a toasty 65C and it didn't do the motherboard any harm.
