Temps

This is my spec:
Antec P280
Intel i5 3570k
Asus Z77 Maximus V Gene Motherboard
NZXT Havik 140 CPU Cooler

My temps are around 30 degrees idle.

Is this running too hot or is it just me, I havent messed with OCing yet.

you aint got much headroom with any overclocking with them max temps,reseat the heatsink with some fresh paste and see if max temps are any better

kk will do, would it do much if I bought some thermal paste instead of using the ones I got with the heatsink?
