Fortunately that's the only compulsory stealth section. In the rest you can choose between stealthing and laying the smackdown.
 
Read this thread and thought.. Hmmm time maybe to put the PS3 to some use..

Got second hand copies of uncharted 2, heavy rain and red dead for my PS3, played red dead so far, amazing..!! lol finally my PS3 has been used again.

got uncharted 2 for £12.99, heavy rain £19.99 and red dead was sadly £30. Still not bad and games look like brand new and got them today, so I can play over the weekend, and not wait for delivery. bonus.. Even if online was slighty cheaper - maybe..!!

Sorry, should have been more specific. In Uncharted, if you were in cover behind a low wall/object, you could push the stick up to aim over it, or left/right to aim around the side of it. In Uncharted 2, you can't do that. I played Uncharted 2 immediately after completing Uncharted for a second time, and it was rather annoying not being able to do something I'd gotten used to in the previous game.
