Hi all,
Just decided to try and give this overclocking lark a go, especially if it means I am going to see faster speeds from my computer.
Here's my current spec, all running fine at stock...
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Intel Core i3 530 2.93GHz (Clarkdale) (Socket LGA1156) - Retail
Corsair 4GB (2X2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMV4GX3M2A1333C9)
Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H Intel H55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 microATX Motherboard
Corsair CX 400W ATX Power Supply (CMPSU-400CXUK)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (ST3500418AS)
Coolermaster Elite 335 Case - Black
Sony Optiarc AD-5240S 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Just really wanting to know whether it would be worth it, and more importantly whether it would be possible?
Is it hard to do for someone who has never done it before? I understand it voids the warranty, which is a bit worrying!
Thanks,
Tom
