Terminal 5 mad dash, is it possible?

My wife has 10mins to make it from the front entrance to the bag drop at terminal 5, is this possible? She is flying with BA.

I haven't used terminal 5 so i am unfamiliar and a little worried this might be too much to do.

Yes it is possible. You mean the front entrance from the passenger drop off to the baggage drop?

Yeah its from the front entrance. Me being an idiot booked the coach to t1,2,3 and didnt allow for the extra time to get to t5. Now worried that she has too much to do.

bag drop is just inside the main doors at T5 if I remember rightly. As long as she mentioned she only had 10mins and got to the front of the queue she should have been OK

Yes this is correct, the baggage drop is just inside the doors.

Terminal 5 is also massive, if she isn't dropped near the BA drop (which is towards the end of the drop off ramp), then she might have a few mins walk first as well.

? T5 is exclusive to BA

Yeah it is, every time I've flown from T5 it's either been business or with oversized baggage. The checkin for both is located at the far right of the building.

All I was trying to get at is that it's a huge structure, so get dropped in the wrong place and you've got a few mins walk.
