Just got it thinking it was a Full remastered edition! jeez what a let down especially after I gave my DVD version away with far better sound


This was I US import as theres not a official release one yet until late this year but I bet thats the same transfer.

So beware, not bad but no better than DVD maybe a little worse!

I checked the reviews on amazon but didn't realise it's a general review of mainly DVD as opposed to Blu ray they share the same reviews! Which I didn't know about at the time.

I compared the tech-noir scene and the DVD picture and sound is significantly better especially the sounds of the shot gun pumping into arnie very dynamic!

I suppose there will be a 30th anniversary edition out in the couple of years!

Back to the future is an improvement over the original I think but still not got round to watching them yet!

I don't know about any other releases, but we've got the 25th Anniversary Edition blu ray box set and it looks outstanding

I've got BttF, and it looks better than it ever has. Anybody who thinks it's no better than DVD, either has a really cheap nasty TV, or is in need of an eye test.

Meh, maybe it was an older version. I'd seen it on one of the sites that lists loads of blu rays by quality.

Just put on Bttf and it looks amazing, they've done a proper good job on this one, that delorean never looked so good, chuffed with that one.

this is the standard that all old films should follow!
