If this is by some miracle by GD standards a genuine post looking for some Ebay advice then best thing you can do is to perhaps get a friend to place a bid for you, maybe going up by £5 or so.... From what I've read once you have one bid you are more likely to get more as in peoples minds it becomes less of a risk.
