After constantly seeing VIRII's comments of things like "let them drown", "go blow yourself up", etc I am very disappointed at moderation. Imagine Muslim making statements counteracting his, do you think they would be left for the community to read? I hope not.

In such sensitive issues and times I would have thought OC would be a little more caring rather than side with comments like that (which is how I feel).

I thought the rules were meant to be enforced, maybe only for certain groups? I am not insulting everyone here, just very disappointed at the preference of comments from the moderation and the owner. I come on to have a few debates, check out the motor section and generally entertain others and myself. Instead it is becoming hostile and vile.

I did a Google search for overclockers.co.uk racism and I guess this is not an isolated issue. Very sad indeed, I believe OCUK have lost customers from this too.

I have been told you receive bans for things like this but the hipocracy is beyond me if that is the case.

Clearly you missed the point, most don't go around individually posting a reply for each comment they wish to make, forum etiquette.

You comment was nothing but a poor attempt to demean a serious issue we face today and no its not purely muslims posing as possible terrorists but the bigger issues of morals, freedoms and political propaganda or at the very least corrupt influence of media from government and other sources.

Constantly seeing comments from me "like blow yourself up" (aimed at you after your tirade of abuse to me and calling me xenophobic and racist, you reap what you sow) and a sarcastic response to Starscreams post about sending them to an atlantic island and nuking them.

So you have 2 whole comments, not exactly constant is it.
The first was more than deserved after you were such an insulting rude **** to me.
The second is questioning why starscream would go to all the effort of taking them to an atlantic island and nuke them. SS is parodying the post he replied to and I returned the favour by mocking his post.

Still I guess you only see what suits your agenda as opposed to what is posted. 2 comments = constant. ROFL.

Who do you think the subject of such comments are?

If you identify with the terrorists here the problem is much worse than we thought, if you dont identify with then why are you trying to make it seem as if such comments are aimed at Muslims in general?

I never demanded anything or even stated everything as fact, just what appears to be going on when thought about and looked at more in depth than, oh another plot this month, while next month everyone is released and the news forgotten, its nothing if not suspicious, and funny you say about evidence, where's the actual evidence that we see for many of these plots hmm?

Most of my posts are pretty long and far from spam, and with 25k posts do you really think I give a flying about my post count? It might matter to you, clearly it does but I couldn't really care. You obviously care about mypost count though, why? Does it make you feel inferior or something?

Back to topic I am watching the BBC news on this subject right now.
They stated that the "Police are spending time with the community" and showed footage that is apparently filmed within the last 30 minutes or so.

Why is there this need for the police to be there and spending "time with the community"? Does it actually build relations or will it simply backfire?

Well a lot of people right now think that the people who have been arrested are innocent and some are afraid and angry.

As such the police should try and allay there fears in whatever way they can, talking may lead to that. Not talking will not lead to that at all.
