Tesco email / webmail - offline!

Been off all day and no mention on web site.

Last tweet on twitter was 3 hours ago - abysmal customer service in terms of feedback!

I keep it because I have always had it since the year dot.

Anybody else affected?

No - on virgin cable. Still no Tesco email and no twitter update since yesterday. Poor!

No - but used to have Tesco as ISP - they always said that I could retain the webmail service "for free".

From yesterday's "tweets" on @tescobroadband it seems to be a complete email failure.

Get everything moved to a proper webmail provider ASAP.

Outages happen, could be anything that caused it but as KIA says, if you really value your email then it should really be with a "proper" provider.

I use this for websites etc. I do have other "proper" email addresses!

- Tesco says "hundreds rather than thousands" - don't believe it - I suspect most Tesco email subscribers?
