I have no idea. But you know how people say fresh fish shouldnt smell? how come supermarket fish counters proper honk!?

do you not have a local fishmonger who will stock fish that might actually have seen the ocean in the last few days?

Tescos meat I can handle, but Tescos fish is usually quite stale tasting.
