Thats if the whole maps unlocked to start or if you need to play through the game to unlock certain area's.

Are there any load times in the game or just a big load at the start?

Nope no load times and as im aware the whole maps open from start.

3 stages of tuning should be good aswell but not to sure what that gonig to be on.
