hi what should i use to test my gpu and cpu seperately, im having problems, i keep getting the bsod with the messege "uncorrectable hardware error" so i am trying to find the fault, i'm useing 64-bit vista

you need to test all the parts not just the cpu and gpu

it could be ram related, HD, drivers .....

tested ram seems fine, how would i test the others

Prime 95. [it can test both memory and cpu more or less separately]
