Testing Samsung SSD?

My faulty RAM is arriving back shortly ("Jordan is currently making delivery number 66, you are delivery number 92.") and I'll run memtest before reinstalling windows yet again - but should I test the SSD as well?

If so, what's the best way?

SSD life is what I'd use.

Why do you need to test your SSD if you had faulty RAM?

Paranoia.

I don't want to sit through yet another installation of Windows to end up with yet another unstable system.
